Lake homes, additions and repairs

Lake homes get finished lower levels, new bedrooms and rooms opened up to the view. Each of those means new board tied into old walls, and the new work has to meet the existing finish without a visible line.

Damp lower levels and the seasonal swing in humidity also show up in drywall as cracked seams, popped screws and the occasional water stain. Those get cut back to solid board, re-taped, coated and textured to match the wall around them.
